Producing my art, be it a photo, drawing, film or a bit of music, is something I do almost everyday. My aim for the site was to reflect this!

I am continuing to caption and organise much more photography, so apologies if a picture is the wrong way up or there is no caption. It’s an on going process, but I thought there’s enough to show for now :) I have made quite a bit of Art, Film, Design and Music too, this is being collated and will be presented on this site in the very near future!

If you’re interested here’s a bit more background info to some of the things I’ve done over the years:

I have 15 years of experience as an educator with young people and adults in and outside of mainstream education. Guest lecturing and teaching Art, Drawing, Painting, Photography, Film-Making, and Lighting at Bath College (Love2Learn, Post16 and Foundation), Bath Spa University, Royal Academy of Arts, London (attRAct), Bristol University Photographic Society, Knowle West Media Centre, Creative Youth Network, Southmead Community Center, Abbey Wood School, and local photographic societies.

I was a Resident Artist at the Freedom of Expression Festival at Nottingham University’s Human Right’s Law Center.

My art and photography has been exhibited and films screened at: RWA Bristol, Edinburgh Short Film Festival, Shanghai Short Film Festival, Nottingham University, Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, The Cube Microplex and St.Georges and lots of other venues, clubs and galleries in Bristol.

I’ve photographed for a wide range of sectors and different size businesses, from corporates to individuals, commercial and journalism through to charities and the arts, for example clients like Oxford University (St.Aldates), English Heritage, Diana Porter Contemporary Jewellery, Steel Vintage, Sounds Commercial, Clarke-Willmott, Accenture, Bristol Drugs Project, NHS, Amphora Aromatics, Stonehealth, Barclays Wealth, JJ Hotels, Carr-Gomm, Tidal Tales Collective, Scholastic Corporation, Tufts University etc…

My photography was first published regularly in print by The Big Issue and The International Network of Street Papers covering social reportage stories and portraiture. Over the years work has featured in publications like Geo, The I, Times Online, Dazed and Confused, etc…

Photographed many weddings along the way, in the UK and abroad. Big parties at grand venues and church halls, camping in fields and gazebos in the mum and dad’s garden, friends and family at the local curry house or with two witnesses at the registry office, I love a good wedding.

I’ve done a few billboards for music releases and the NHS, photos on the side of buses, huge multi-floor corporate banners in office lobbies, painted murals on walls, and made films for huge projections on buildings for trade shows in China.

Working with lots of musicians has led to designing record, cassette, cd and digital covers. I’ve also ended up doing lots of flyers, posters, and digital promo like reels and stories. Listening to some fresh vinyl with my photo or design on the cover is very satisfying!

I like listening to music nearly as much as I like sampling it, and producing music is my favourite thing to do, mainly Hip Hop beats for MC’s. I’ve released and contributed to albums, EP’s and remix projects on record, cassette, cd and digital with Split Prophets, Upfront MC, Datkid, Twizzy, Mylo Stone and Axel Holy/Dee Green as well as recording features and tracks here and there from very many other artists. I’m always making new material and there’s always releases on the way.
